Registering
Account registration is required because we ship our products directly from our suppliers and factory. We require registration because we will provide shipment tracking information to the registered email address.
Ordering:
We process all orders from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00 Finnish time (UTC+2). The order processing time is typically 2-3 business days. This includes the transfer of funds and the shipment of the products from the supplier. We usually receive your unique tracking code within 2-3 business days. In some cases, there may be delays, such as during the supplier's local holidays. We use several different trusted subcontractors and factories to represent their products on our platform. Order process & Delivery:
We ship worldwide, delivery time depends on your location, but most products take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Some products may take 3-4 weeks to reach your destination. Don't worry, you can track your package using your unique tracking number.
Customs duty & Clearance:
In some cases, depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs clearance fees. These are mostly reasonable costs, but we recommend that you check your country's customs clearance requirements before ordering. Our suppliers operate worldwide and deliveries may be to different locations than your product, so we recommend that you check your country's customs and tax obligations to be on the safe side.
Aftersales & Warranty care:
All products we offer come with a replacement guarantee. Electronic devices such as meters, blood pressure monitors and expensive healthcare electronics come with a 12-month limited component warranty. We also offer replacement guarantee terms. If your product does not match the description or you notice any errors, you can submit an RMA request to us. RMA = Replacement Management Assistance means the following: If we receive sufficient evidence from you that you have not broken your device yourself due to improper installation or use of the device, we will replace your product with a new one. However, the most important thing is that you have 14 business days to submit an RMA request to us from the date of receipt of the product, otherwise we cannot deliver the replacement product to our supplier.
